Danny cut his teeth in online media as the publisher of the multi-award winning Telegraph.co.uk, before helping set up the internet marketing trade associations in the UK, Europe and 20 countries. He created BBC television’s first ecommerce features and went on to coach governments, blue-chips and leadership teams in over 30 countries. As a vice-president for NBC’s internet business he’s seen global digital media from the inside, and as a digital strategist is adept at showing companies how to connect with their customers across the new channels. He created the Digital Training Academy to share that thinking and help brands leap forwards in the way they developed digital strategies and build engagement marketing. With digital marketing moving centre-stage in the marketing plans of firms across Mexico, his focus today is on how brands can unlock the real returns digital offers: how websites can become lead generation engines, how email can create deep relationships, how social marketing can spark excitement and how sales channels – both online and offline – can convert all that interest.
